1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Blackprint platform and related Services.

2. Permitted use

Use the platform only for lawful internal business purposes authorised by your organisation and in accordance with the Platform & Services Terms.

3. Prohibited use

  • Uploading or processing unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
  • Attempting to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or probe vulnerabilities without authorisation
  • Using the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Processing special categories of personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards
  • Deploying automations that perform High-Risk Actions without the human review and approval required by the Platform & Services Terms
  • Reverse engineering or reselling the platform except as expressly permitted

4. High-Risk Actions

A 'High-Risk Action' (as defined in the Platform & Services Terms) is an automated action that sends external communications, moves or deletes data, makes or authorises payments, changes records in a system of record, or otherwise has a material legal, financial, or operational effect.

High-Risk Actions must have human review and approval before they take effect, unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing that a specific automation may run autonomously, with the guardrails, monitoring, and rollback recorded in the Order Form or SOW. The customer remains responsible for outcomes of automations it has approved.

5. Enforcement

Blackprint may suspend or restrict access where use violates this policy or creates security risk, after notice where practicable.
