Notice

Blackprint uses the subprocessors below to host, operate, support, and deliver the platform and Services. This list may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

Current subprocessors

Google LLC / Google Cloud EMEA Limited — application hosting (Cloud Run), database (Firestore), authentication (Identity Platform), file storage (Cloud Storage), and AI inference (Vertex AI / Gemini) for generation, enrichment, and transcription features. Location: EU region (europe-west4) with some globally distributed services. Transfer safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses where data leaves the EEA. Purpose: core platform infrastructure and AI features.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transactional email delivery. Location: US / EU per Resend configuration. Transfer safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses where data leaves the EEA. Purpose: invitations, notifications, and operational email.

Updates

Material additions or replacements will be published on this page. Business customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds as described in the DPA.
